
Rental Policies

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required in order to hold the reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation but are applied to your total balance.

The renter is responsible for proper use, power supply and safety of the rented items.
No misuse, altering of the rented items, or unauthorized possession allowed.
No refunds for downtime due to transit, weather, or non-use.

Items must be returned on time, clean, packed as delivered, and in good condition — or additional fees will apply.
If delivery is included in your rental, someone must be there to receive the items otherwise delivery will not take place.
Additional charges apply for after-hours services or site-assistance.

If an issue arises during your rental, please immediately notify Superior Events, the options will include repair or replacement.
Superior Events is not responsible for issues caused by user error or severe weather.
Renting through Superior Events of Houghton requires the agreement to all terms and policies.
